Strange things happen at 4:00 a.m.

I peeled one of my eyes opened at exactly 3:58 a.m. this morning. Why would I do something like that, right? Well, the panic-y sound of my daughter whispering "tooth" "tooth" next to my head gave me reason to open one eye at that rediculous hour. You got it folks, she lost her tooth in the middle of the night. COME ON. Who loses teeth while sleeping? NOBODY does that. Except her. She doesn't wiggle her loose teeth, she will barely let me touch it, so it was bound to let go of it's last thread at some point. But is this a cruel joke from the universe? With my 3 children, aren't there better reasons to be woken up in the middle of the night? Like infants, or wet beds, or barf? For goodness sake. She got a hug, a wet wash cloth, and a nudge back to bed. The tooth fairy should bring me money this time.

  1. Yes, the tooth fairy SHOULD bring you money! Or, say, a flavored coffee from Starbucks... something!

Wow! It's out! She must look very different.
